Dress your salads with our delicious Lemon infused olive oil, just add a pinch of salt if preferred.
Pasta Salads
Ingredients:
- Lemon Las Doscientas Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- Sea salt or regular salt.
- Fusilli Pasta
Boil water on a cooking pot calculating that the pasta will be covered and when it stats boiling put the pasta in and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the pasta is al dente (do not cook it any long because it gets too soft).
Drain the pasta and once it is drained, put in in the bowl/dish that will be used to serve and then pour Las Doscientas Lemon Olive Oil, Italian dressing and the sea salt or regular salt. Then let it chill for a while in the fridge.
Serve and enjoy!
Sauce:
Pour Las doscientas Picual extra olive oil on a pan, let it warm up and add the minced garlic until it gets brown. Once the garlic is brown, add the shrimp, the mussels, the clams and the squid and let it cook with cover on slow fire for about 10 minutes. Add some sea salt and basil; keep on stirring slowly until cooked. Add some more Olive oil, and a little more basil as needed.
Serve over you Spaghettis pasta and enjoy!

1lb mussels
1lb of squids
1lb of clams
